It’s time we reported some exciting news from our MMA corner... the boys have certainly been busy these past few months! On the 24th of February, Ben “Manimal” Wall fought Robert Lisita in the Cage Fighting Championship #20 at the Southport Sharks Club. After three rounds of an action packed battle, the judges decided unanimously that Ben was the winner. What a great match! Ben has been named “one of the top 155 lb prospects in Australia”, and his win against Lisita has sealed him as challenger for the CFC lightweight belt according to James Goyder of CFC World. You can read the full review of the event by James Goyder on the CFC World site. He also wrote a report on Ben including an interview on MMA Mania. Check out the CFC 20 photo album on Ben’s Facebook Page... some awesome shots there!
