A team of Advance members visited Axis Jiu Jitsu down the Gold Coast on Tuesday night where Antonio "Minotauro" Nogueira presented an awesome seminar.  The guys learned a whole bunch of fancy chokes and a few useful escapes to incorporate into their fight game in the future.

Feel free to ask any of the students who attended about any tips and tricks they learned at the seminar.
