Hi all!

The final fight card for RIZE 4 this Saturday night has been confirmed, and it now includes three MMA fighters from Advance Martial Arts. By some weird coincidence, all three of our fighters also happen to be our instructors!

From Brisbane, our Junior MMA assistant instructor Jarrett Owen and our FUCON instructor, Jared Thomlinson, will be fighting, plus Ryan Dunstan from Caloundra will step up for his third fight on RIZE. For all three of the guys, this will be their first fight in a cage, not to mention a circular one - the new RIZE ring, which has been constructed with the help of a few different Advance folks too!
