Hi Guys!

This is our last newsletter for the year, but definitely not the one with the least news...

Below you will find news about the most recent wins in MMA, Muay Thai, and Boxing.  There have also been plenty of achievements at all the gradings.

Also, make sure you check out the Health & Fitness section.  Brendan has prepared a holiday program for those who want to stay in shape.

To celebrate the end of a great year, we will be holding a Christmas BBQ this Saturday, 18th December at the gym.  Party will kick off from 2pm, and everyone is welcome including partners and children. We will provide the BBQ, bread, sausages, and some other bits and pieces, but if anyone would like any other food items and any drinks, please bring those along too. Any contributions of chips, snacks, salads, etc are welcome also!

Thank you, everyone, for a great year and all your hard work at training.  We wish you all a Merry Christmas and tonne of fun over the break.

The Advance Team

WRESTLING

While there is less to report on the wrestling front, it's not a small topic to cover. There is tonnes of information and materials online to check out and follow up with Vitaly during class.

While wrestling alone is very precise and technical, it is very helpful to adapt some of those skills and incorporate them into your BJJ and MMA games. At Advance Martial Arts we already apply a lot of wrestling techniques during the MMA classes. They are efficient and effective.
