Your first time? We provide a “Free Trial Week” that grants you unlimited access to all the classes we have on offer so you can try them all!

Our full-time training and fitness centre boasts an incredible array of training times for people with busy lives, wanting to mix and match their workouts to suit their schedule.  Classes run 6 days a week, during the early mornings, daytimes, afternoons, and evenings.
