Your first time? We provide a “Free Trial Week” that grants you unlimited access to all the classes we have on offer so you can try them all!

Our full-time training and fitness centre boasts an incredible array of training times for people with busy lives, wanting to mix and match their work outs to suit their schedule.  Classes run 6 days a week, during the early mornings, daytimes, afternoons, and evenings.
